In '88, Critical Beatdown joined It Takes A Nation of Millions To Hold Us Back and Straight Outta Compton as revolutionary albums that changed the landscape of hip-hop forever. Ultra's unconventional rhymes, mixed with their sinister production and style, created one of the most important sounds to come out of the Bronx.
On this episode, we not only take you musical journey featuring the Ultra's catalog, we'ved carved out a few mixes dedicated to the spectacular career of Kool Keith as well. We're covering Dr. Octagon, Cenobites, Sex Style, First Come, First Served, Black Elvis, Matthew, Pimp To Eat, Master of Illusions and all the other 500 albums he's released over the years.
